idk i guess she's a new OC or something
i wanted to make an OC with hair like this haha

little about her :
she hates dirt and touching anything herself, really
so she uses her hair for everything. it can pick things up for her and it can lift her up,
so she never has to touch the floor (which she never does)
not sure about her personality yet :--))
